I am no stranger to trying to earn extra rewards off of the basic money I am already spending. I have been scanning receipts for previous programs for years. However this year I am trying out several receipt scanning apps and will report back in 6 months to let you know how much I have earned with each as well as a review of difficulty and if it’s even worth your time. Note: There are many other apps that allow you to shop through them to earn cash back – those are not captured here, as I always forget to shop through the apps and tend to miss out on those rewards, haha.

Fetch
I have used fetch for over a year now and have earned $50 in Amazon gift cards. I find this to be the easiest app for scanning your receipts as well as scanning your e-receipts for points.
